The Challenge
All images in this case are fully AI-generated.
Muse needed a full season of imagery before a single sample existed: a campaign, outdoor stories, e-commerce on model for every piece and close-ups of the two bags. Normally that means a studio, a model, a stylist, several shoot days, and a reshoot whenever a piece changes.
Off-the-shelf image AI changes something in every picture: the model's hair, the length of a hem, the pleats of a bag. That works for a mood board. A shop needs the same jacket in every view.
The Solution
A custom AI system that holds the whole shoot: eleven fixed pieces, one cast, one light and one finish. From that it produces every format a fashion brand needs: packshots, campaign, outdoor, e-commerce front, side, back and detail, and close-ups, with every piece the same in every image.
Every review becomes a rule for all following images. A fault is corrected in place: only the marked detail changes, the rest of the image stays as it is.
Full Story
A shoot fixes everything on one day: the model, the light, the styling. The Muse system fixes the same things once and keeps them for every image after.
1. Every piece fixed before the first image
Eleven pieces, from two hero bags to a leather bomber and a mohair balaclava, each defined by a packshot, product views and a material description: the stone nappa of the pleated pouch, the espresso calf of the folded tote, the open mohair knit of the balaclava. Every image is made against these references, so the pouch in the campaign is the same pouch in the shop.

2. Materials checked at 100 %
Each piece has a material reference: a close-up of its leather, knit or pleat. The system checks the images against it in three ways. A color check measures the product in each image against its packshot and flags anything more than 6 Delta E away. A texture check measures grain in flat areas and fine detail in the material, calibrated on 40 real brand photographs. Raw generations had almost no grain (0.18 to 0.22, where real photos have a median of 1.02); the finish brings them into the range of real photography. Two vision models from different vendors compare material, light and realism with the packshot and name concrete faults.

3. One cast, one look
One model in every image, with the same chin-length black bob. Faces stay cropped at the chin or turned away, except inside the red hood. Studio images share one pale grey cove, plain daylight, cool tones and the same film grain. Location shots, from the wooden wall to the zebra crossing, keep the cast and the styling and change only the place.

4. Every format from one system
The same pieces come out as packshots, campaign images, outdoor stories, e-commerce on model in front, side, back and detail views, and bag close-ups. The shop gets product images for every piece, marketing gets the campaign, social gets the outdoor stories, all from the same references.

5. Reviews become rules
Every comment from the creative team became a rule for all following images. Ivory and stone stay cool, never warm beige. Sneakers only with the suit trousers. The balaclava always sits under the top layer. Bags are held the way people hold them. No generic lifestyle scenes: every outdoor shot gets its own premise.
6. Corrections instead of reshoots
When an image is close but one detail is wrong, the system corrects only that detail and keeps framing, model, light and grain. A hem that is too short or a zipper with the wrong teeth: each is fixed in place, without a new shoot.

The result. A system that knows all eleven pieces, the cast and the look, and produces new campaign and shop imagery at the same standard whenever the collection or the brief changes.
Why it matters. A fashion brand sells the piece the customer saw. When every piece, the cast and the look stay the same across all formats, the system can take the place of the shoot.
Muse is a mimikry in-house brand, built to run the full system end to end.
