The challenge was immense: launch a global campaign with thousands of product variations across multiple regions, all while maintaining strict brand consistency and data security. Traditional photography was too slow and expensive. Generic AI tools couldn't handle the specific product details or the security requirements.

The process:

1. Input. CAD and production files are fed directly into the pipeline. No physical product, no photography, no sample unit required.

2. Model training. Two custom AI models were trained specifically on this data, learning the product's exact geometry, materials, and finishes from technical files rather than photographs.

3. Generation. The models generate mood and lifestyle imagery, placing the not-yet-photographed product into real-world settings and lighting, built for internal lookbook use ahead of the actual pre-shooting.

4. Output. 70 mood lifestyle images delivered from CAD data alone, giving the internal team a working lookbook before a single physical unit was ever shot.

The result: internal teams get lookbook-quality visual reference before pre-shooting happens at all, closing the gap between "the product exists on paper" and "the product exists in a photo."

Why it matters: this flips the usual order of content production. Normally photography comes first and everything else follows from it. Here, the visual system exists before the product does, which matters most for any brand working with long lead times between design and manufacturing.
